I have noticed that with in the last 3 months, all of a sudden PlayStation players are becoming pvp gods. I have witnessed players landing 90% or more head shots, pre firing around corners, tracking you like they got some sort of xray vision and getting 30 plus kills a game. I have done researched and found that there is AI learning coda script that uses a titan 2, capture card and pc to be an undetected aim bot and that it works wonderfully on PlayStation. I have talked to may xbox players that have kds of 1.5 and above that have greatly noticed their kd drop drastically when going against playstation. This needs to be investigated.

Sure cheating exists, but it's so rare. What you talk about is extremely rare and inaccessible for most players. At most people use strike packs or zens but they essentially run scripts to control recoil. It's technically cheating but I don't think Bungie is even banning players for those now. That being said, it's still very rare and nothing close to PC cheats. Most of these players are just better than you. It's how it is
-
The biggest lie ever sold in gaming "You can't cheat in consols" Damn, console plebs are stupid. Tho that was obvious. Lol imagine paying to use your own already paid for internet to access the internet lmao.
-
Lol you came to the place with the most toxic people to complain about pvp. As you'll see from the comments - don't do it here no more. Just report players that you think are cheating directly to Bungie. All you'll get here are people hating on you for saying anything negative about pvp, unless your KD is sth like 2.6 at least on D tracker. "Mad cuz bad" is their response to everything else.
-
There is definitely cheating on consoles. It may or may not be hacking but definitely cheating. There's no way that a completely invisible titan with a glaive in your spawn point is legit.. just saying. However, if your issue is with psn users as an xbox player then it has to be because of the p2p and crossplay problem. That happens to go both ways if you're psn and a full stack of xbox shows up, it's basically time to admit defeat and rematch. The actual cheats aren't limited to one console. (the kbm problem on xbox is painful to play against. It's essentially aim bot. The responsiveness of kbm with aim assist of controllers)

Here is a quick video for all the doubters. I have a ton more proof and know the new make they are going under and how they are able to do this, but not going to share that with anyone but have developers and authorized individuals from effected companies.

First, cheating on console happens maybe 0.001% of the time because you can’t inject code (Hacks) into either consoles. Secondly, I’ve heard and done some research on the AI stuff and this is something that most don’t have access to because it requires a console and a PC with a capture card. If you play on PC, you need 2 computers. But nothing on console can see through walls. The AI thing just monitors the screen and as soon as it sees a enemy it snaps to it. So, yes, it’s essentially a softer AIM Bot (Not like the ones on PC).

Lol post on the forums about a ai with no source. Evey thought about getting good. Cheating on console is not the same. You could have said lag switches are becoming a problem because they are but you nring up some sci-fi arguement to explain their cheating lol
-
Lol yr kd is nowhere near what you think it is lol. Use redrix
-
Most likely this is all related to the lag everyone sees since cross play was started.
-
1. You barely even play PvP 2. When you do you are always bottom 2 on your team. Better players don’t mean they are cheating. I’m dog water at destiny PvP but at least i don’t feel the need to make forum posts blaming better players for cheating. Lol
-
I have yet to see a cheater across in any of the 4,000 or so matches of crucible I’ve played. It isn’t prevalent on console and hasn’t been at any point. Does it exist. 100% Are you running in to it as frequently as you claim? No
-
maybe, hear me out, you just got worse at crucible

Your so called hacks are nothing more then the lag that happens when you have a system with cross play and hosted connections over a global network instead of using cloud / server connections. Don’t tell me you think destiny PvP is cloud connection based? Hah. They are using the same p2p host architecture as Halo 2 from back in 2004. What year is it now? Some of you don’t have your CCIE and it shows.

Edited by BraddyBo: 8/19/2022 12:40:25 AMMost of the console cheating is happening on xbox because sony doesn’t allow anything but a official dualsense to be used (no “adaptors”). Microsoft doesn’t have any hardware safeguards, they allow any controller or adaptor to be used.
-
why are you asking there? you should ask this on a sony forum
-
Taking this "cheating on console" with the grain of salt that it deserves, I believe the security would be on PS' end to check for connected devices running code on startup, not on Bungie. And...again, grain of salt...if you were able to find a legitimate "cheat" involving PS, a capture card, and a PC simply using the power of Google, it's either not true, or Sony knows and will ban the consoles accordingly. If you want a more REASONABLE explanation for "PS gods" blame Bungie network connection. That is a more legit reason than "console hacks".
-
yh dude did you not know? We are all cheating on PS5.

Edited by Joulevette12: 8/18/2022 6:51:08 PMNo it's not a skill issue even I noticed cheating has gone up on the PS but not the way you think alot more players are using modded controllers like crono Zen for low recoil and higher aim assist and it's not really a Bungie issue it's a PlayStation issue that only Sony can solve sadly in which I won't hold my breath 😒
-
Yeah no there are definitely an influx of cheaters this summer. ….look a me using words ha😏
-
Better then you doesnt mean cheating. Git gud
-
I wouldn’t call it a PS problem (am series x) because I have seen the same as what you described, in both PS and Xbox players. Yet its mostly PS which can be because PS is dominant where I am. Some may be on MnK. I think whoever uses a controller would agree it’s very hard to always 3-tap when the opponent is in motion. I heard (cant verify though) that in a specific area where PS is almost 100%, it’s is so common to use adapter/macros when it comes to PvP.
-
Always wild bad players call good players cheaters and cheaters good players.
-
Better than you does not equal cheating
-
My PS K/D suggests otherwise :)

Cool story bro. Judging by your broken english, I can only imagine the quality of your "research".
