Most of the console cheating is happening on xbox because sony doesn’t allow anything but a official dualsense to be used (no “adaptors”).
Microsoft doesn’t have any hardware safeguards, they allow any controller or adaptor to be used.

They are using official dual sense controllers and that you say you can't use anything else but that is untrue. You can use mouse and keyboard using titan 2 and play with Xbox controller.
