Please help
Hi,
I recently encountered a glitch inside of pvp where I was essentially invisible to everyone and my weapons did no damage, the only thing that seemed to be able to kill were my throwing knives.
I am aware that a similar glitch was present in destiny 1 and encountered it back then too.
I am more concerned for my account as a player reported me and told me “you deserve to be banned forever” which is both threatening and concerning as I have done nothing wrong.
Especially as a player who has sunk many many hours into this game and consider it my ABSOLUTE favourite!
Also I play on console exclusively before anyone accuses me of downloading cheats on PC
Is this a ban able offence? What should I do?

3 RepliesAs you noted, this is a glitch that has been occuring since Destiny 1. It's simply that — a glitch. Bungie doesn't ban people for using glitches or exploits, as they consider those to be their own fault. Getting reported would bring your account to Bungie's attention, but if you're truly doing nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about.

Same thing keeps happening in pit of heresy for me, I am still trying to narrow down why this occurs. Invisible to allies/enemies, hive armaments doesn't work, any damage I do to a major is reversed a second after I damage it. Dying sometimes fixes it for me. I suspect the issue is with dreambane armour, Because I always have one on when it happens.

2 RepliesEven though you got banned, Funny story: Remember that Centurion Oryx took right after you landed on the Dreadnaught, then the Centurion and the taken Ogre tried to stop you from killing the King? Heh... didn't work. So the Centurion's bond brothers are pretty angry they lost their commander. They're leading a team to blow up the Dreadnaught's core. Core goes... most of the system goes with it. You're going to make sure that doesn't happen.
