Hey Everyone,
So I've been working on the best (IMO) stat distribution for crucible. Fiddling with max to highest stat roll possible armor pieces to achieve a total of 41 tiers on my hunter. Just a heads up i will say PF for powerful friends that give me an extra 20 mobility on that armor piece.
Armor roll
Head : 64 base+20(PF)+10(mod)+12(Masterwork) =106
Arms:68 base + 10(mod) + 12(Masterwork) =90
Chest:66 base + 10(mod) + 12(Masterwork) =88
Legs:66 base + 10(mod) + 20(PF) + 12(Masterwork) =108
Class: 12(Masterwork) + 10(mod) =22
total =414
Now these pieces are the closest i can get to perfectly align with reaching a perfect tier(meaning it is exactly 10,20,30, 40, etc)
Mobility:104
Resilience:50
Recovery:80
Discipline:73
Intellect:70
Strength:37
Now yes, I'm on a Hunter and if i was on a Warlock or Titan i could slot it 2 more PF increasing the tiers by 4+ tiers if perfectly aligned. As well as if 3 less discipline and then 3 more strength an visa versa would add another tier bringing the theoretical total stats up to 45 tiers. I want to point out and this is based off what i found that legionaries can max base stat at 67 an exotics at 69(^-^) allowing me to get a possible 6 more points somewhere tied together with my 4 extra on mobility to add yet another tier bringing it to a total of 46 tiers, meaning you could have 4...4 tier 10 and 2 tier 3 or whatever way you want.
Now technically you could use 5 PFs but that would mean you losing out on 10 points due to master-working and that you rolled 0 mobility for all armor pieces , as well as using 4 PFs, master work and a total of 10 points to mobility across 4 armor pieces( no including class item obviously) While this is possible but highly unlikely to roll a 2 or less in all armor pieces, ill also discard using 4 PFs. Now my load-out uses the perfect amount of 3 PFs. But that means we would lose out on 4 tiers, bringing the total tiers back down to 42 tiers. That is my theoretical total stat roll, meaning you could get all Mobility,
Resilience, Recovery, Discipline, Intellect, Strength to a whopping 7 tiers EACH.
Now i would personally prefer max Mobility, Tier 5 Resilience, Max Recovery,Tier 6 Discipline, Tier 9 Intellect(as one more tier only gives you a 4 second reduction), and a Tier 2 Strength(Melee battles are to RNG as I'd say, except it you using celestial fire on warlock which is nice but I digress)
So i am currently 414 points, meaning im 6 of what would be the best plausible total tiers.
If you would like to see the exact distribution for each of my armor pieces, just ask.

The highest stat roll in the game so far is actually 71. https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/fu9azn/i_think_this_is_the_highest_base_stat_roll_ive/

The highest base Stat anyone has ever had is 71. It was posted on reddit a few days ago

I got a dirty hunter with 100 mob 60 res 100 rec 40 dis 60 int 40 str Stompies

Max mobility and max recovery is the only good build.

Edited by Darth Lunchbox: 4/7/2020 2:49:26 PMI'm still wearing armor from seasons ago. I've had no armor drop with base numbers better than the armor I've had for awhile now on my main.

Remember Traction gives you a visible+5 but also a hidden +10 so a 90 mobility with traction is actually 100.

Edited by an Ape with a d2 addiction: 4/7/2020 12:22:09 PMHonestly a really impressive loadout. Here I was thinking my warlock's 100 / 20 / 100 / 40 / 50 / 40 (without sacrificing targeting / reloader / unflinching / scavenging mods) was optimal, but yours is even better. Any reason for the tier 5 resilience though? Wouldn't you want 6 for countering thorn? Or just how the stats rolled?
