Why should they be able to handle it just because they're 32? The reality is that many players haven't even touched the VoG raid. They bought their gear off vendors to get to 31 and went straight to Crota's End and somehow managed to acquire that raid's gear. I was fortunate enough to have a group of friends and we all learned to use the relic through trial and error. It takes patience from everyone on the team. Sometimes you just have to allow for them to learn "on the job". It's simple: don't assume that because someone is level 30 or above that they have run VoG before or even that they know how to run it properly.
