32s don't need to able to do anything. Anyone could reach 32 before they patched the Crota cheeses. Back in the day being a 30 meant a lot. 32 today is just any casual.

Lots of people got to 30 when you could cheese Templar and atheon. There's not really a difference, there will always be shitty people with good stuff, and good people with not as good stuff. You just have to take your chances when you're -blam!-ing around with randoms.
