I can usually pull a couple people through until atheon and solo both portals on gatekeeper but if people can't protect the plates during that or can't get close to killing Atheon in a couple tries I generally leave and find a new team. It's super easy now. But if someone tells me they don't know what to do from the start I will of course help them and take my time with no issues.
