Error of manipulation, loss of characters
Hello,
When I changed my username and logged back into my account, I lost access to my characters.
My main account, where my characters are located, is my PSN account. However, I no longer have a PlayStation and now play on Steam. This is a significant issue for me as I have lost everything.
When I logged into the game, a dialogue box appeared explaining cross-save. I thought it was related to an update, so I accepted that my Steam account would become the primary one. However, I was not aware that this would remove my characters.
With the upcoming Pantheon event, this couldn't have happened at a worse time.
If a member of the Bungie team could assist me, it would be greatly appreciated.

2 RepliesHi there, thank you for your report. Cross-save allows you to access your primary account for progress. If the account was disconnected you would need to reconnect it again to continue said progress.
