Hi there, thank you for your report.
Cross-save allows you to access your primary account for progress. If the account was disconnected you would need to reconnect it again to continue said progress.

I tried to reconnect to my PSN account, because I saw that's where I had my characters, except that it tells me to wait 90 days. Will I really have to wait 90 days? It's pretty annoying considering I'm going to miss out on the Pantheon and I'd already prepared for it with my team... And then, of course, there's the current event and the weapons that will disappear when I can start playing again. Isn't there a solution?

OK, I've seen that I've been disconnected from the cross-save, but I don't remember doing that. How can I reconnect?
