To be fair with the OP, Sony would very likely not be much better than the current executives if not worse, particularly if your replacement was let go due to not making sales goals, considering the standard with corporations. I have no trust in the current leadership, but them scrambling now to appease their higher ups is probably the best situation we'll have at this time. Even if Sony replaces the leadership it would likely only result in hearing the playerbase initially before going their own route.
