2 of my characters are gone?!
Two of my characters seem to be wiped. All their gear and progress are gone and when I load into them it takes me back to the beginning of the game. Please help.

9 RepliesIt’s the same characters, but all their stuff and progress is gone. The characters themself are there. Is this a big or ongoing issue???

Deleted characters cannot be restored no matter what. If you did not delete them, then someone has access to your account and deleted them. You should secure your account ASAP. Your characters are gone forever. Account security is your responsibility at all times.
