i have the iccorect steam account linked and it wont unlink HELP
i tried to unlink my steam account from my bungie account several times and it wont unlink no matter what. funny thing is is its the same name as the steam account i use (it has an awful name but i created it when i was 11 leave me alone) if anyone has a solution or someone at bungie sees this and could unlink it manually for me itd be great

You have to deactivate cross save before you can unlink an account. To change or remove linked accounts: 1. Deactivate [url=http://www.bungie.net/crosssave]cross save[/url],[b] [i]doing so will trigger the 90 day cool down[/i][/b] 2.Sign in to Bungie.net with an account that you are keeping on the profile. Link the new account 4. After the [b]90 days[/b], reactivate cross save. [u]During the 90 day cool down your characters and progress will only be playable on their originating platform.[/u]

2 RepliesBungie wont manually unlink it. What error are you getting? if it is saying you're unlinking the wrong account then check with Steam to see if you have accidentally created additional accounts under the same email as you could've accidentally linked one of those accounts and you're trying to unlink it via the wrong account.
