You are currently cross saved; while cross save is enabled you cannot unlink linked accounts.
You have to deactivate cross save before you can unlink an account. To change or remove linked accounts:
1. Deactivate [url=http://www.bungie.net/crosssave]cross save[/url],[b] [i]doing so will trigger the 90 day cool down[/i][/b]
2.Sign in to Bungie.net with an account that you are keeping on the profile.
[url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/AccountLinking]Remove the account[/url] you wish to remove or replace. You will be asked to authenticate the account being removed.
3. Link the new account
4. After the [b]90 days[/b], reactivate cross save.
[u]During the 90 day cool down your characters and progress will only be playable on their originating platform.[/u]

to disable cross save you have to authenticate all the accounts and the steam account i have linked is the same name as my account i use and there are no accounts on steam with the same name. it wont let me unlink cross save unless i authenticate whichever steam account is linked to my bungie account. i cannot figure out what account that is lol

You will need to identify the steam account that is linked, Steam allows multiple accounts to be created from the same email address. Unfortunately, Bungie cannot provide assistance in this matter. You may want to reach out to Steam support for assistance.
