i am so ready to be done with this game. at this point i just want a refund. I have put over 200 hours into it and now all of a sudden i cant play. Ive tried everything ik to do, redownloading the game, resetting my modem, making sure my settings are right, but im not a hacker. I have a solid pc and good enough wifi. I'm not getting any error codes or anything. I don't know what to do and there is no customer support. I load in fine when I play with friends but cant get a single player to join by myself: in the tower, blind well, nightfall, all things matched made like that. Crucible will sit loading for hours. I was trying to catch up my light and do weekly pinnacles but i havent been able to do that for weeks now and im getting even further behind.
