ive tried everything on the support page as well. The game has worked for months before this n nothing in my set up has changed

Restart ur xbox or ps anything you've logged in on before, this bug effects all platforms when it happens! edit, it worked for about 20 minutes and now has stopped working. I try and ask for help and people downvote my request. This system of support awful and not working
