Wishender quest bug
Hello hello!
I've encountered a bug concerning the Wishender quest. I've googled around and have seen that there is quite a bit of issues regarding the quest but I'm writing this in hopes of getting it solved for me. My platform is steam. Here is the issue:
1. Grabbed the Wishender quest, spoke to Petra, had the token in my primary slot
2. Soloed the dungeon, completed the quest to the point of presenting the token mementos
3. Approached the stage where I have to present the token to the statue
4. Presented the token, it dissapeared from my primary slot (I've had 4 opens slots available at the time) but the quest got stuck on that step
extra: I've re-run the dungeon on other characters, abandoned the quest and tried to reset it, but the quest is now locked in this stage. I cannot obtain the token from Petra on other characters
extra2: I've even done several clears with the special orb boss encounters several times, but no changes

It's actually the same thing I'm also stuck on step 3 without the puriefed memento. I just stopped playing the game because of this. It's been going on for months and nobody is doing anything about it. My advice don't waste your time if someone is going to give you advice, you can't do anything about it if you dont have the memento. I've spent hundreds of hours looking for a solution and there is none.
