Hi all, I have submitted a ban appeal 5 days ago, I'm aware that the employees do not check appeals on weekends and during business days only, today is the 3rd business day and I was just wondering if the stats of "open" would change to "solved" once they have viewed the appeal or would it just remain as "open" if they have deemed that there will be no overturn as I do not see a "closed" option and to me solved would mean overturned. I understand its a manual process and it may take some time but if someone could provide me with a rough estimate that would be very much appreciated. For those that were wondering, My appeal was about my steam being hacked and how my bungie account had been affected. I have provided proof of this, also provided proof of updated security on my account. I'm now just waiting for an update to the status of the appeal so I can know if I should uninstall or If I may be able to play again. Thank you for your time and help.
