As stated in the appeal article, there is no guarantee Bungie will reply and nor is there a requirement for them to do so

Hi swat, thanks for the reply. In this case I am not asking about a reply I was asking about if the status of the appeal under my activities on the help center page would eventually change from "open" to "solved" once they have come to a conclusion.

Your case will change to "solved" and you will get an auto mail saying: upon initial review your appeal is denied and your restrictions will be maintaind, if a later review of your appeal results in the overturning of your restriction, you will be contacted to notify you. your ticket is being closted. do not submit duplicate appeals as they will not be reviewed. please note that submitting duplicate appeals or help requests that violate the code of conduct may led to futher restrictions from the heo cebter cintact froms, bungie.net community sites, or bungie games
