Remove the story mission repetition across 3 characters :)
Have a system where you can opt that you have already completed it and receive post-quest status or even last step!

Or reward high stat armor and red border weapons for story mission completions per character -
I don't understand some of you guys in this comment section, there should be definitely an option to remove the repetition and acquire the gear. Perhaps it can be one mission on master or whatever, but going thru the whole campaign again 2 times to unlock certain things is somewhat of a reach.

But how could they artificially keep up play time numbers like counting 3 characters as individual players. Because surely a game with less people viewing on twitch than slime rancher 3 has millions of daily players🤣🤣

At least you get something for doing it in the annual expansion, unlocking things and they seem to let you have real rewards at certain points. Season pass they're basically telling you to not bother, we get minimal glimmer for running it more than once and it's a total waste of time.

1 ReplyIf you wanted it remove, you going to miss out on pinnacle and getting amours upgraded max out. Think about it, if you have 3 x story mission. You just use main characters you prefer get it done with them you have change sort out character out when your ready.

You chose to play with 3 characters. As such you must do 3 times the work.

They already did that. Only need to complete it on one, with the option on the other two - which is why you can always abandon the storyline quest, go back when it's a pinnacle, and still do the mission. Last time I was forced into doing the story mission all 3x was for the Stasis aspects

I think it should be optional to skip the campaign missions if it’s already been completed on a character. For WQ, I played on Normal on my W just to get the feel of, and explore, the new environments; though I did wonder whether I’d made the right decision as the slow power level grind was somewhat irritating. Later, I tackled the campaign on Hard mode on my T - and for a solo ‘tortoise’, I found some sections particularly ornery; even though I kinda knew what was around the corner. In the end, I got some help from an epic warrior ‘hare’ who’d already soloed it on hard mode…and we got those final bits done. To watch him in action was something else! And now, I’m slowly moving through the campaign on easy mode on my H…more to do with gaining access to Throne World missions rather than simply wanting to complete the WQ campaign - again; as some things require campaign missions to complete certain new weapon triumphs, etc… So, yeah…an option to play on a different character should not require each character to have completed the campaign in its entirety, imho. TLDR: 🤧 Just my 2d worth. YMMV. Cheers! MDGA 👈

they won't do that making you reply the story 3+x is how they get artificial player numbers and play time to give to their chinese overlords cause otherwise, china will demand their $100M back and won't let bungie make/sell project matter

Some people enjoy the story missions, so give the option to skip once you've done it on 1 character. Witch queen was awful for this, cannot access wellspring until you progress the campaign on that character. 2nd & 3rd characters being locked out of content until you repeat a campaign 2 & 3 times is a nightmare. People aren't playing on multiple characters any more. I play with a lot of folks that use 1 character exclusively because most people don't have the ability to commit that much time to additional characters. People are wising up to the scummy tactics to extend playtime through repetition.

2 RepliesWell this has been asked for nonstop since Destiny 1 having to do the Vanilla campaign on all three characters. I doubt if it's been trending countless times since 2014, Bungie will finally listen.
