Account Hacked (cross save)

As the title suggests, my playstation account was hacked. I awoke to only 2 emails, stating that my 2SV was disabled and email was changed. Playsation support tells me there is nothing they can do, and I've been trying for about a week and change now. It was my main account for Destiny until I got a PC and linked it to my Steam account via cross-save, meaning that is where all my progress lies. I recently purchased the Witch Queen dlc bundle on Steam as I was going to jump back into the game soon, but I am afraid and unsure of what is going to happen to my account although both acocunts are still linked as of right now. Am I going to have to start fresh if it gets deactivated or if I have to? Any help would be much appreciated please.

    • Playstation support has specific ways to recover hacked accounts, so it's strange that they said there's nothing they can do. I'd suggest contacting them again. They have ways to verify the original owner of the account outside of the current login credentials.
