Sorry to bother, but should I deactivate/unlink the compromised account?

You can't deactivate Cross Save unless you can authenticate [u]all[/u] linked platform accounts, which includes the PlayStation account that has been compromised. You also can't unlink the account because it is in your Cross Save setup; the account is stuck on your Bungie profile.
