30th Anniversary Pack not working PS4
Purchased the Witch Queen + 30th Anniversary Pack but neither reflecting in the purchased section.
Tried accessing the extra content but not able to.
Rechecked the PS Store, it confirms purchase has already been made.

If you're playing on the same account, then double-check in your Playstation Wallet that the transaction went through fine and was for the $99 before tax package that includes Witch Queen and the 30th Anniversary.
