30th Anniversary Pack not working PS4

Purchased the Witch Queen + 30th Anniversary Pack but neither reflecting in the purchased section. Tried accessing the extra content but not able to. Rechecked the PS Store, it confirms purchase has already been made.

  • Are you playing on the same account that made the purchase or gamesharing? If you're playing on the same account, then double-check in your Playstation Wallet that the transaction went through fine and was for the $99 before tax package that includes Witch Queen and the 30th Anniversary.
