Are you playing on the same account that made the purchase or gamesharing? If you're playing on the same account, then double-check in your Playstation Wallet that the transaction went through fine and was for the $99 before tax package that includes Witch Queen and the 30th Anniversary.   • Restoring the licenses seems to have done the trick, albeit partly, I have access to the 30th Anniversary pack now, but the Witch Queen one still doesn't seem active. Any suggestions?

  • Witch Queen is not yet available. Depending on Playstation's pre-order policy, you will be able to download an update for WQ on or the day before Feb 22. If you are unable to access WQ content on Feb 22 after installing the update, try restoring your licenses again. If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact Playstation for help with your license.
