Exotic weapons should accept shaders

Upvote if you agree or prove me wrong by leaving a comment. What about ornaments then? Ornaments should do more than just be an expensive shader. An ornament can change weapon model or even the weapon scope. Let's use exotic armor as an example, those have ornaments and those also accepts shaders.

  • I totally agree that we should be able to apply shaders to exotic weapons. However, adding the ability to do this I imagine may interfere with Bungies business model including selling exotic ornaments in Everis store. People would be less likely to buy weapon ornaments if it just needed a colour change. I don't see this being the same experience with armor. Ornaments are there to enhance the look of a particular weapon not to change it to something it is not. For example it would be strange or impossible to shoot if it had a scope from an ornament where there isn't one on the actual weapon. Practically comes first for me on this one.
