It should work on a “slow” perk. So the only way to freeze is reaching slow 100. In other words no ability alone can freeze. The higher the “slow” the harder the player is actually slowed, of course up to 100. So this is what I mean: -Warlock Melee: 70 slow (because a 1 time use plus its range so it gives them a chance to finish them off.) -Titan Melee: 40 slow (because of the push back and ability for Titans to melee or shotgun faster because of close range) -Hunter melee: (each) 35 slow (because of range and escape chance) -Coldsnap Grenade: 50 slow (because of tracking it allows for easy escape or deadly grip) -Glacier Walls Grenade: instant freeze, if inside, but damage reduced for shatter (to make it more high risk, high reward) -Duskcloud Grenade: (each .5 seconds) 5 slow (to allow an easier escape at the start but make it harder the longer you remain inside. Pull stays the same as post nerf) -Hunter/Warlock/Titan Super: Instant Freeze -Titan/Howl of the Storm: (Same as Glacier Walls Grenade, but aim assist is lowered to make it more high risk, high reward) -Warlock/Stasis Turret: 7.5 slow (fires 3 shots each 1.5 seconds with slow/weak tracking but quicker velocity, last 10 seconds or till broken) -Warlock/Rift Freeze: Instant Freeze (another high risk, high reward) These would be my changes...
