Those converted 150s have better handling, recoil, stability and aim assist than Ace. Fair trade off I would say.

Not really, because Ace has all the better stats that actually count.

Maybe on PC, but not on console - Ace is my most used weapon in PvP btw, so I’m talking from experience. Dire promise is more forgiving. It can also roll with opening shot and take an icarus mod. The only 150 that I think was hurt by the change was waking vigil, because it has an abysmal set of base stats by default and lost the only advantage it had over the 140s.

Yeah, I guess it would be different on the two platforms. On PC everyone hits their shots so if you are even slightly out of range then you're going to lose, especially with Dead Man's Tale and 120s so rampant.

Yea, PC is a different beast than console. Basically they need to balance both separately. DMT is perfectly fine on console because of bloom on controllers and design, while with MnK on PC it out performs with hip fire. Because it hits right where you click. If changes were made they’d have to be just to how it works on MnK otherwise it will be utterly destroyed on console.

No stability penalty at all so you’re right that the range stat matters more there.
