Couldnt agree more, the game is 5 years of CHARADE OF FPS 80% server CHEATING HARDCORE And BUNGIE is braging how they won some lawsuits vs cheating companies, HALF THE POPULATION IS CHEATING! CATASTROPHEEEE
-
It's an absolute disgrace and since crossplay it's terrible it's another game won't be playing and it's the cheating on PC ridiculous

Check this guy, he is on console with a 93.43KD in trials PSN: iMisyz_ https://trials.report/report/2/4611686018451505621

Honestly, I don't think Bungie should ban cheaters. If one is banned, they'll just find a way to come back anyway. Instead, they should just matchmake cheaters together and significantly lower stats on legendary and exotic drops. They can also throw in a few artificial weasel codes in the middle of their steamy hot matches too just to add some frustration.
-
Is it a bug, or.. how are players 1. Breaking stasis instantly 2. Moving while in stasis?
-
I've seen one cheater on console ever. He was using fully auto jottun, invisible and he was flying🤣
-
Varies by platform.
-
My response was based on ps4, I imagine pc is just garbage, weird though as they are, "master race."🤣🤣🤣
-
Every match on PC has cheaters. I went back to console. Much better.
-
Gotta be specific if it’s on pc or console. I’ve heard it’s common enough to be a problem on pc. Console I haven’t seen an obvious cheater since D1
-
On PC*
-
I believe Bungie consciously defend cheaters. There is no other explanation for their idiotic rule against naming and shaming.
-
You think cheating on console isn't a problem? Well you're wrong! Crons Zen and Stikepack Dominator, instant weapons swap, aimbot, no recoil, turn your sniper into a auto rifle... Bungie hybrid servers allows you to see the public IP addresses of every one in the lobby.
-
Bungie: Thank you for your feedback, and we agree a fusion rifle nerf would be best for the pvp community.
-
The other day a hacker started up a stream of him walling and aimbotting, cheated in crucible for hours, then got off and nothing has happened. Bungie legitimately doesn’t care if hackers hurt their game

Edited by It'sMindStaB: 1/21/2021 9:16:40 AMjust before trying to find cheaters, check your ms cause i checked mine and i play trials with 220ms. so if a opponent has 40 ms and you have 200+ you might think they are cheating too...this is the bad thing for p2p matchmaking and dedicated servers. And btw that was one of the main reasons i stop playing

I tend to stick to 6s mostly because I don't really have a team to take into 3s, and I have semi-frequent performance anxiety on my own in 3s. I rarely have anyone set off my alarm for being fishy, half because the killcam here is Battlefield-style over CoD-style. In terms of "I lag bad enough to where I might as well be cheating?" Yeah, it can sometimes get really bad.
-
On console.? Not so much, although some people definitely have some boosted internet connection goin on in there favour!
-
Cheating in Crucible isn’t an issue whatsoever. Why on earth would Bungie allow players to “gild” titles that could be obtained via cheating? Read today’s TWaB. Bungo Logic

Edited by doomshaman: 1/21/2021 6:32:27 PMCheating is out of control in Destiny: 1. Bungie has already admitted by filing law suits against certain 3rd parties on this. 2. Peer to peer connection basically a heaven for cheating devices. 3. These devices are so much in demand that are on back orders for months. 4. Ps5 vs Ps4 mix spun the pvp game out of control as well, it should not be allowed same lobbies in pvp. It's all about the number of frames and response time. For example, on 60fps the warlock dash goes twice as far as the one on 30fps. Refresh rate up to 4x on ps5, fov and processor speed added to the p2p connection.
-
Seems like the cheating has been more frequent as of late. I've had to report a lot more often, and it feels disappointing to say that. (Ghost) Yep. And it's not even cause of Stasis, it's mostly either network manipulation or other for my Guardian.
-
I think people need to educate themselves of the difference between a cheat and a hack. There is plenty of cheating on console. There just isn't plenty of hacks.
-
Genuine cheating on console is rare. Most people dont seem able to discern the difference between lagging and cheating. On PC? Yeah they need to get a handle on that.
-
On console? Almost non existent
-
I played 3 games today and I only saw sweaty tryhards. Which is almost as bad but not 'illegal'.
