A poll/proposal for PvP add on
There's great debate over the stasis thing, we know where it will go. Its been a rough experience to say the least. What if you just add a new game mode in Crucible, that is nothing but barebones weapons? Disable supers and grenades, and only allow class ability use... Or keep grenades too, but no supers, whichever I guess.
The big draw to Destiny is the weapon play, look and feel right? People LOVE the weapon mechanics. They are their own personalities that draw people in, and that's why so many stay, so why not add something in PvP where people get to focus specifically on playing with their weapons, no other interference? Just a thought.
First poll. Sorry. I kind of created a redundancy. No abilities is weapons only, didn't need to add both😂 oops.

1 ReplyI voted ‘No to weapons only’. However that’s just my personal preference. People keep asking for this, or something similar, and I think it would be good if Bungie created a new mode along these lines. They could add it as a tester/trial for a few weeks, then check how popular it was and use the stats to decide whether to keep it.

8 RepliesThat game is called **Halo**. But the fact that you constantly have PVP players asking for a PVP experience that runs COUNTER to the game's identity, is just proof that this marriage isn't working.

1 ReplyI brought up the same concept years back for D1. It was not well received. But it is the way that Destiny's weapons are so varied, roll dependent, and sometimes not easily attained that makes having them all available in multiplayer not fun. So I abstain from that part of the game entirely.
