No Access to Beyond Light Content

I purchased Beyond Light but when I try to access the campaign, strike or raid, it is telling me to need to purchase that content. I've tried removing BL and reinstalling and shut down the Xbox and unplugged for a while, but I am still unable to access any content. I bought the basic expansion pack and verified that the payment went through. The store says I already own the content, but the game doesn't recognize it. I just came back to the game and want to play, but am not sure what is going wrong here. Any help is appreciated.

  • My friend is having the same issue and says her Steam shows all DLC purchased and installed. She has legendary packs for everything.

  • Hey there. Records show that you purchased Beyond Light on December 4, so you should have access to the Europa/Beyond Light content. Are you still having issues?

    • Mister JoeDave, I understand your frustration. After the current update, I had access only on my PSplus account for Beyond Light on my PS5. My other account, was asked to repurchase Beyond Light on the PS5. Logging back into my PS4 I had no issues with either account with Beyond Light. Until they resolve the issues, I have to complete each step of the campaign on my PS4 and then play other areas with that character on my PS5. Sooooo Frustrating!

    • Everything else on the Xbox and in Destiny 2 is working fine. Just not the beyond light expansion. Does anyone else have any ideas? How do I get a refund for something that I'm not able to play?

    • I think there is something going on right now with content purchasing and ownership. I share my series x with my brother and ever since today I can't access shadowkeep even though I just had the content yesterday. He pays for Gamepass but I'm still able to access all the content too. This next gen update seems to have caused a bunch of bugs where you can't access content that you own and is installed.
