Cant access seasonal content because of artifact pickup bug PLEASE HELP
When I started Beyond Light, my friends told me to go and get the seasonal artifact in Zavala's office. A while after I grabbed it I noticed that I had a milestone quest to go and get the artifact (even though I had already got it). This made this quest glitched so I had no way to get rid of the quest or the marker.
Then yesterday upon the start of the new season, I noticed that I couldnt find any way to start the new mission. I know its supposed to be on the moon, but there is no marker on the moon to initiate the quest. My friends told me that they just had the marker there as soon as they logged on after weekly reset.
What I think has happened here is that the step before you get that mission is to go and get the seasonal artifact from the office (given they have the same marker). However, because that step of the quest is bugged for me and cant progress, I have no way to actually start the mission and the seasonal activites that come after it.
Hopefully someone from Bungie will see this post because it is a game breaking issue that needs urgent attention. For now anyone who hasn't got the artifact yet DO NOT PICK IT UP until you have the quest to do so.

1 ReplyReceived a seasonal artifact in Zavala's office and improved it to the maximum, but the order to go to the Zavala's office and pick up the artifact left by Osiris was not completed. During the week, I went into the Zavala’s office several times a day and listened to messages from Osiris and Mara Sov, but the order to collect the artifact was never complete. Nothing has changed with the weekly reset the order is still active. Completed the New Light campaign in the Cosmodrome, completed the first Shadowkeep and Forsaken missions. I can’t gain access the Season of the Hunt intro mission. Problem not solved.
