Received a seasonal artifact in Zavala's office and improved it to the maximum, but the order to go to the Zavala's office and pick up the artifact left by Osiris was not completed. During the week, I went into the Zavala’s office several times a day and listened to messages from Osiris and Mara Sov, but the order to collect the artifact was never complete. Nothing has changed with the weekly reset the order is still active. Completed the New Light campaign in the Cosmodrome, completed the first Shadowkeep and Forsaken missions. I can’t gain access the Season of the Hunt intro mission. Problem not solved.
