Hi,
I have claimed twitch prime rewards for the past three months but they don't show up in my partner rewards and can't be claimed via Amanda Holiday at the tower.
I have checked, double checked and triple checked the claimed status on twitch, the twitch prime authorization under settings-> accounts and linking yet somehow it doesn't show up in my profile.
At first I thought this had something to do with activating cross-save on PS4 and PC but this should make absolutely no difference as I'm using the same Bungie.net account.
Is there a solution to this? Or a way to contact bungie support directly (ie: not through a public forum?)?
This is the first game where I've had trouble claiming twitch rewards so I don't think I'm doing something wrong on that end.
Thanks in advance.

Has this been resolved? I have this issue.

Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

It's the same for me, its been this way for months now.

I also had the same issue the last two months. First with the bundle that had the colony and the motherlode sparrow, now with the cryptomnesia. Prime rewards shows I have claimed it. It doesn't show up in my partner rewards and Amanda Holiday has nothing for me. The only twitch prime reward I've been able to claim successfully so far was the one from August with the Neon Helix Ghost.

Yes same problem for me.

Same issue for the last 2 months.

I have the same issue with the most recent rewards. I've gotten rewards in the past with no issue, but as soon as something actually new shows up, it's a no go. Frustrating.

I have the same problem, accounts verified.

Ditto... verified accounts are linked on my Bungie.net profile and Amanda has nothing for me.

Same here. I've been having twitch prime collection issues for about a year now. Nothing i find helps.

Also similar experience and only one user and one account. The last two packages not in my redemption history at all but say are claimed.
-
Yeah same things happening to me, it says I claimed it but Amanda doesn’t have anything for me

I have the exact same problem. Prime confirms the reward was claimed but Amanda Holiday has nothing for me :(

Glad to see I'm not the only one. My husband set up his account for a bit, but when he realised he had most of the rewards, he relinked it to mine. Not had any rewards come through for the last 3 months, even though both say they are linked.

I have this problem too, I redeemed 9 packages and none appears in Amanda or my account in the partner reward tab, I'm the only one who uses prime gaming and who plays destiny 2. I don't know what else to do, I've tried everything, checked the linked accounts and saw if everything was right and everything is perfect.
