Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

 • Thank you for the answer, but as stated in the original message I have checked all of your suggestions multiple times. Only the question about shared prime accounts was not yet answered and here I can confirm I'm the only user of this account. I searched the boards, reddit and google a couple of times for any answers but I can never find an answer that goes further than what you just suggested. Again, I appreciate the answer but are there any further steps you can suggest? I'm clearly not the only person with this issue so a solution would be great. Have a nice day, Deord

 • It sounds like something occurred between your connection between Prime Gaming. This could have occurred for several reasons, such as someone else claiming the content, not having Amazon Prime, connecting to the wrong Bungie.net account, not connecting Destiny 2 to your Bungie.net account before claiming the rewards, or something else occurring. Unfortunately, Prime Gaming rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

 • To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account.
