I think I remember that they themselves said in a stream that there will be no anticheat at the launch of this new dlc. They just said they would be working on it ... In simple words they will not do anything for more months again, and when the players remember and ask them they will return with the same excuse as it has always been. That's the way like bungie works

I don’t think there’s any hope of stopping cheaters on pc. Simply put, Bungie has already been pushed beyond what they can do to them. Let me give everyone an analogy. Fighting cheaters in this case for Bungie, is like fighting the mob during prohibition. A group of individuals are selling an illegal service for monetary gain and wealth. We’ve seen just how popular these cheats are, so they have a large stack of dirty money at their fingertips. As they gain wealth, they “corporation,” evolves. It becomes more advanced, efficient, and become SIGNIFICANTLY harder to keep tabs on or take action against. Their tech is YEARS ahead of Bungie. Bungie will NEVER catch up. There is something else that can be said about this. With these websites growing in power, wealth, and popularity, what’s stopping them from going EVEN FURTHER with their mods. Answer? Nothing. They can start developing dark web tech with little to no restrictions. Fragban, Account theft, Stealing information, credit card numbers, identities. There are so many different ways these websites can further evolve what they already have here. No one would even see it coming until chaos TRULY BEGINS on pc. This is only the tip of what they could be capable of. We’re only in phase 1. They will eventually go ALL IN. When they do, well... I hope everyone stays safe...

They should be able to track boosting services

cheating is rife iv found especially in crucible trials my gripe is how shit titans are now they shud be faster at running not ads but actual running sliding no one plays them hardly its just hunters and warlocks. i love pvp but i think ima call it a day as u just waste ur time in life playing against fktards with no honor

The [b]only[/b] time you should know about the [b]Anti Cheat[/b] measures is when it kicks you from content (warning) ...letting you know that you/fireteam member was cheating (not a random In-Game, but someone you knowingly befriended/joined/invited) then the next time a cheat/hack/modded 3rd party peripheral etc is caught, it boots [b]you[/b] to screen, deletes your guardian/vault in front of your eyes & bricks your console/pc for that game Followed by the email to confirm... [i]Darkness Defeated, Ghost Terminated[/i]
