They could get the anti cheat software which fall guys and gears 5 boots up with.
No idea how it works though (happy to be enlightened).
It's nice not watching people continuously hover or fly to the crown in the final stages :D.

Those are general anti cheats. And especially fall guys, which is a lot ssmaller of a game. Bungies building one likely from scratch. And they need it to be perfect, because this community whines about as much as my baby cousin, and that is when something isn’t perfect, that means there’s nothing good about it. If one cheat still works, then the whole process was defeated.
