1060 Power cap on old gear next season
Please dont do this, Ive been playing D2 for years, i really just want to use my loadouts I love and enjoy, I want to use the armor I think looks cool and enjoy.
I dont care about grinding new stupid crap just because my old gear I spent hours, weeks, months, grinding out to now be pointless for no actual reason then an arbitrary number thats just there to grind for.
For me this has been the whole appeal of destiny, I can play it casually when I want to, and enjoy the things Ive worked hard to get, and not have to leave them in the dust.. Ill probably just drop the game if this goes through.. Which is sad, because I really do enjoy it.
But im just not willing to put in all that time to grind new stuff just because of an arbitrary power cap.
Ide be fine if you even made all the weapons banned for PVP... but just let me play PVE how I want to play with the weapons I want to play with..

It's being done for balance purposes AND to further push the fomo in D2. You either need to not care about the fomo and just play for fun, or care about it enough to try and keep up.....or....move on. Not that difficult to pick one considering the facts. P.S also consider the game breaking bug that you'll definitely encounter each and every season. There won't be a single season that goes live flawlessly because they don't allow themselves the proper amount of time to fix new or old bugs. Edit: Never have nor do I agree with sunsetting. The more I play the stupider it sounds to me. Especially with the infusion/progression system, masterworking, RNG, and basically them bringing back stuff we have. All I'm saying is I don't see them switching gears. The wheels are already turning. And someone at bungie has pride that overshadows the bad idea they have.
