I'll admit I'm kind of curious to see if Bungie will actually follow through on having the Almighty crash into the City. Though honestly they'll probably just pull a deus ex machina to save the City if we don't reach whatever arbitrary goal that's been set. Personally I stopped caring about upgrading the bunkers when I realized how tedious the grind to do so was going to be. If I make progress I make progress. If I don't? Oh well. I'd rather just focus on leisurely working my way through the season pass rewards, and refining my characters' builds.
