Oh...and those that are "missing" the Ada bounties. You're not missing them at all, as the powerful weapons are only dropping at +1 from the frames. Also part of the bugged loot.
Learned that the hard way. 🤦♂️

I dunno I got my ada powerful a 2-3 respectively above the gear I was wearing - getting power is a grind, as it should be, I like it that way, but understand people who don't.
