Bungie posted that they aren't fixing the powerful loot bug until next week.
Also, in keeping with the theme of Black Armory, they over leveled the content to a point you could not reach in a reasonable amount of time, due to their own lack of testing before launch. They actually expected players to be at or around 690 by the time tier 3 was released. 😂🤣
They also stated that they wanted the grind from 650 to 700 to mirror that of 600 to 650.
Well, it took me about two months of duplicate powerful drops to get to max power last time (which was REALLY only boosted by Horror Story) and I can tell you for certain that this update does not have two months worth of content to keep the average player around.
STOP IGNORING THE REST OF YOUR GAME TO FOCUS ON ANNUAL PASS CONTENT!!!!!!!!!! 😠

I got my buddy from 600 to 650 in just over 2 weeks. That did not include NF or Raid drops.

That’s just a plain joke. Them saying that is basically a slap in the face this issue has been around since forsaken and really reared it’s head at black armory launch but still nothing was done. 600-650 right now is a fart in the wind compared to gaining .17 power level every hour played with milestones. Already they just do the bounties to get 640 gear then only have to gain 10 power levels which still isn’t that quick it probably would take all milestones and raids to do.

I thought they said the missing milestones will be available on Sunday reset? Also the season is months long, I don't see why waiting to play tier 3 is a big deal. I do think the leveling needs some serious work though.

Oh...and those that are "missing" the Ada bounties. You're not missing them at all, as the powerful weapons are only dropping at +1 from the frames. Also part of the bugged loot. Learned that the hard way. 🤦♂️

I dunno I got my ada powerful a 2-3 respectively above the gear I was wearing - getting power is a grind, as it should be, I like it that way, but understand people who don't.
