That is not how a business should conduct themselves. They sell/release a broken game/expansion, and then they only communicate with SOME of their customers? I'd be less mad about this game breaking if they responded in a more professional manner.
I can understand a bug here and there, but there are so many issues that the game is virtually unplayable. A business releases a broken product, they must act accordingly, not communicate with SOME of their customers.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
