Anthem doesn’t crash on my rig (yes v 1.0 had an occasional crash). Almost every major issue brought up by reviewers has been fixed, game looks great in 4K HDR. Loading times have been reduced in many cases to a few seconds if you have a decent SSD. Flight is awesome, the game plays really well now. So sure it had a bit of a rough launch If Bungie could fix stuff as fast as Bioware has managed to then Destiny wouldn’t be where it is. More importantly BioWare has stayed really engaged with the community throughout not just “taken things to the devs” which you know by now is Bungie code for “that’s never getting changed or fixed”. BioWare has been fixing stuff in the timeframe it takes Bungie to write some aspirational TWAB about how one day Destiny might be better.
