Hey Bungie. Can't post a TWAB on the forums of your OWN APP, but you can post one on Reddit? What a joke. Highly unprofessional. You sell/release a BROKEN product, and only communicate with SOME of your customers, and ignore the rest? Can I get a valid response as to why you guys conduct yourselves so unproessionally on a customer service standpoint?
Lets see how long it takes to fix ALL the "known issues". The list is a mile long. Most of the game is unplayable. You can't even play Prime without risk of the Prime Evil despawning. Most players won't be back until everything is fixed if they're not already gone for good.
I understand that things break and need time fixing, but the level of unprofessionalism is unreal. You guys should look at how other gaming studios around the world operate and follow their business model. CD Projekt is a good start. A business that releases a broken product would communicate with ALL their customers and offer some kind of compensation.

If you say anything bad about Destiny on the subreddit, they usually remove it, or you get down voted to the ground. Such a circle jerk over there.

Ahhhh ok. Cuz my husband always tells me the Reddit side and I always tell him the companion app side. And I'm thinking to myself, there is NO way so many people aren't playing and they're not complaining over there on Reddit. Now I know why. Thank you for sharing lol Like I said to someone else, that's highly unprofessional from a business stand point. Bungie sells/releases a broken product, and only communicates with SOME of their customers? Unreal. -
They have been one the worse with communication on their own forum. You never see these community managers actually having discussions on this forum unless its something generic like " thanks for the feedback, we will pass it along", and we all know what that means. I swear I want to vomit when I see them with this remark. Yea the Reddit thing is very guarded by the mods there. Say something derogatory and it goes down. Say something in a topic reply that is not the general consensus, yea they will jump on you hard.

They post because Reddit feedback is super complacent and always receives content pretty positively. Funny how they don’t post here since they know they will get flamed.

That is not how a business should conduct themselves. They sell/release a broken game/expansion, and then they only communicate with SOME of their customers? I'd be less mad about this game breaking if they responded in a more professional manner. I can understand a bug here and there, but there are so many issues that the game is virtually unplayable. A business releases a broken product, they must act accordingly, not communicate with SOME of their customers. -
Yep its ridiculous
