You know. They say the textbook definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Technically that's not the definition of insanity, it's the definition of stupidity. Though insanity does have a lesser definition besides mental illness, which is "extreme foolishness or irrationality"... So I suppose insanity fits too.

People have given Bungle in their infinite failure well reasoned logical feedback for four years. Only to be ignored time after time. Now bungle is getting their nose rubbed into the end result of four years of ignoring the majority of their players to make a few try hards happy. It's kinda a shame that Activison let Bungle buy the IP when they told them they were being taken off the project, another developer might have actually done a decent job with the game once Bungle was out of the picture but at that point Bungle had literally no choice but to buy it no matter the cost or else go bankrupt. If you believe that Bungie bought the ip from Activision because they wanted creative control I have a lovely bridge I can sell you. They bought it because they were being kicked off the project and had no choice.

They do listen and when they listen they get blasted about what a stupid choice they made. And just because someone fraises their suggestion in a pleasant and sometimes plausible manner doesn't mean they have to do it. Listening and acting on what you hear are two different things. I can hear the cats outside when they're in heat and I can hear the neighbors when they talk but I don't have to agree with what they're saying no matter how rationally they say it.

If a business sold you a broken product, wouldn't you want some communication and compensation? Forget the content and the nerfs. The list of bugs and knows issues is SO LONG that it makes the game unplayable. So the customer doesn't have the right to feedback if they're sold a broken product? A business should communicate with ALL of their customers, not a select group.
