If you are 650 sotp drops 660 gear, last wish drops 655+ gear, gambit drops 655+ gear, forge drops 655+ gear, dreaming city will be +3ish so on and so forth.. got my first character to 664 after a lot of duplicate drops and still have some suff to do... should be 680ish by the time I get everything done on my 3rd character at the end of the week.

Same here. This is ridiculous! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my first powerful gear at 651.

To wear the ‘new’ gambit gear I earned last night I actually have to drop my light from 650 to 643 cos the gear that did drop slightly higher I have no enhancement cores to infuse cos yeah that’s still a thing! And doing old content to get more cores is zero appealing!
