Ah yes. The no true scotsman fallacy here. If people dont agree with the direction bungie is taking the series, they have every right to express that. Saying they aren't true fans if they dont give bungie ANOTHER chance is just asinine. Like someone else pointed out, bungie had 4 years to get the destiny formula correct. They're stilling fumbling around in the dark it seems though.

You trying to make oot that because we aren’t happy, we aren’t true Destiny Fans which is absolutely not the case - we all want Destiny to be great, this is why we are how we are! We don’t want drip fed, we don’t want poor content release, we don’t want Bungie to force us with slow progression - we want Destiny 2 to be the game that it can be and should be! Bungie hasn’t looked for a balance between PvE and PvP, and Gambit Prime certainly isn’t that balance - it’s basically same as Standard Gambit but with a couple little tweaks. You say, Bungie and Activision went through a bad break up like it’s some sort of justification - were they not together when BA was released? What was there excuse then, for that? Yes, as players, we are entitled to a lot better than what Bungie has been given us lately and Bungie, most definitely owes us.... they owe us the game that that they promised, not what they delivered! You tell people to grow up and that Bungie are doing their best, no they aren’t! This is not their best, far from it - we have seen their best previously and what they are doing now is, lazy and complacent. True fans, want to see the fullest potential, they want the game to be the best that they know it can be - true fans, do not want to see a game where the devs rip it apart and only gives us below-par content!
