Thanks for that stealth nerf on powerful drops. Reallly desperate to stretch out that grind for lack of content, eh?
Black Armory should at least be a little higher, considering that its still 650/more recent content. And Last Wish only dropping +2 items I hear? Wow.
So basically, we need 8 651 items to go up by 1 power level. Problem is, you're going to get duplicates since there's no protection on repeating drops. You could get 5 boots in a row and make zero progression. See what I mean?
So now our only way to level is SOTP, sweaty Gambit, and maybe some good Prime Engrams if you're lucky?
I feel like Bungie is doing everything in their power to make D2 die.

I really hope so. However, they haven't stated otherwise. I'm aware that the weekly bounties are bugged, but the powerful drops from milestones are plus 1.

They haven't mentioned it as a bug at all, while mentioning all the other bugs. Certainly seems intentional.

They've taken the Whisper ammo down to 9 rounds too. Don't remember reading that anywhere. In saying that though,, I can't remember what I had for dinner last night 😂

I read that in todays patch notes. That too was a WTF moment. That really limits the usage of that sniper to just big bosses that can get white nail perk going. Even then, I've used it in SOTP to break the big dudes shields and you can't white nail perk that if its moving around all over the place.

Good to know that my favorite raid isn't entirely useless. Edit: Just out of curiosity tho. I checked your profile and saw your hunter was the only one with high gear, and it was only two pieces. The gauntlets check out (only 11 higher not 13), but the helmet is only 2 pwr levels higher. What did you end up getting from LW that was high level plus 10? I read on the forums that somebody only got a plus 2 higher drop from LW.
