Even Flex players tend to play 1 role.
Look at every MOBA, a team that's more organized in terms of roles will frequently win over more skill with less coordination.
This doesn't even mention professional sports.

Now if they make the new Gambit Maps to where you can't see all of the enemies spawning in from the bank, I probably more than likely play the Reaper, my build for that is probably one of the most underrated. I have a mark 44 with Rampage and armor piercing rounds and outlaw, backup mag. The Le monarque, and the quickfang, I tend to score about 80 up to 100 kills just from sitting at the bank and mopping up when everyone's running back to the bank with the mark 44 in close range so I can scoop up any idle m o t e s before they disappear

I just don't want to lose my role because now there are only 4 options I played 2 roles well. Blocker buster and wraith i guess they call it... I just liked sitting on the bank and sniping with the bow...
