Dude... You do know that a huge percentage of kids who left the game were because they wanted a fresh MMO/ RPG experience? ...the game, by word of my mouth, is more a shooter with RPG feels. Come on man they are legit trying now and you think they are doing wrong? WHAT? They are adding complexity to the gear and guns. things Activision probably wanted to gloss over.
