They are adding more than one exotic hand cannon, all of which aren’t hand cannons (except the one new gambit one, but that’s it

You’re reading that wrong. They are adding more items than just one exotic and one legendary hand cannon. It won’t hurt you to have 2 more hand cannons

I don’t care about the legendary ones it’s the fact that we have SO MANY exotic hand cannons compared to other weapons I just want to see other old exotics besides those come back

Hand cannons tend to be the most remembered because they are the highest skill ceiling, most fun guns to use. So Bungie will bring back the memorable guns, and if they happen to be hand cannons, so be it
