Doubtful since Shin killed him and Shin kinda trusts the Drifter.
He did kill some of his friends after all.

I mean his ghost left. There’s a chance it sensed his death and brought it him. But the shin thing is true he wouldn’t work with the man he killed. I was kind of hoping since Dredgen Yor is an interesting character to me.
